Whether you’re looking for one-on-one yoga instruction, a group yoga class or a speaker at a conference, I offer a variety of services that can be tailored or customized to suit your direct needs. I specialize in teaching beginners and those that are not-so flexible.

    Practice with friends, family, colleagues, etc in a small focused setting. Usually between 1-4 individuals. Focuses on your direct needs and goals. Get full guidance and modification throughout every yoga posture to help you fully learn and understand each yoga posture. I will meet you at your current level of ability and help you to progress.

    Receive clear and concise instruction throughout the class, modifications offered for a variety of ages and physical abilities. We can workshop (break down) specific poses, sequences or yogic techniques.

    Safe and effective yoga classes that are suitable for all levels. Help your staff regulate and reduce stress, move their bodies and become healthier from the inside, out.

    Whether club level, professional, school or recreational team. Also offer to individuals who are looking to compliment their sport with yoga.

    Yoga is an excellent way to compliment sports-training for the body and mind. Yoga can help to increase an athlete’s flexibility, mobility and balance. It also to helps improve mindfulness and body awareness to translate into more mobile bodies and more receptive minds.

    I will hopefully be expanding my offerings further to offer SUP Yoga this summer!
