Nourish your body and mind with yoga, mindful movement and breathwork. Whether you’re hitting the slopes or hanging out in the chalet, you’ll be ready to take on whatever the day brings! Yoga and Movement Classes will be offered in the 24/25 Winter Season and year-round at Panorama Mountain Resort!

Late Nov - Mid December: RK Heliski Lodge, Panorama

Late December - End of April: Creekside Room (in the Lower Village above the General Store beside Timeshare)

DETAILS:

  • Classes must be booked online up to 90 minutes before class start time. Class size is limited.

  • Mats are provided but feel free to bring your own

  • Classes are beginner-friendly and open to all levels. (Variations and modifications will be offered to accommodate all ability levels)

  • For last minute bookings within 60 minutes of class start time please email info@panoramayoga.com. Drop ins are welcome only if the class has space- check out @panoramayoga for updates or send us an email to enquire.

  • Minimum age to attend is 13. For small groups and families with children under the age of 13, you can still book a Private Class! Please fill out a form here!

*Things to note: 
- Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to get set up - classes will begin at the scheduled time
- Bring water and a towel if needed and wear layers
- Class may include the use of diffusing or use of essential oils, if you have allergies or sensitivities please email info@panoramayoga.com

Policies:
Full refund up to 24 hrs prior to class, no refunds within 24 hrs of scheduled class time. Venues may change from time to time. Classes will not run if there are no bookings within 60 minutes of class start time.

With 8 years and over 2000 hours of experience teaching, Christina has become well known for her expert instruction, attention to detail and passion for creating safe and effective yoga classes. Teaching various styles of yoga including Hatha, Yin, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Breathwork, Meditation and Aerial Yoga has given Christina the opportunity to teach diverse clientele from all walks of life, including Olympic athletes, doctors and other health care practitioners. Christina has had previous experience working with the body as a Bio-Energetic Practitioner and Holistic Nutritionist.

Meet Your Instructor, Christina!

Her teachings have positively impacted her students by increasing their flexibility, strength, stability, mobility, balance, breathing mechanics, posture and reducing their back pain and stress levels (see testimonials here). Christina is an avid traveler who finds solace and inspiration in exploring the great outdoors. When she’s not teaching yoga, you can find her in the mountains snowboarding, hiking or jumping into alpine lakes.

Rise & Energize (book here)

Elevate your morning with an energizing yoga class. This class provides a mix of active yoga poses and other stretching, strengthening, mobility and balancing movements.

Flow & Let Go Fusion (book here)

This fusion class combines an energizing flow with calming stretching to help you release stress and tension. Start with a dynamic yet balanced flow sequence that moves your body, then transition into deeper stretches to relax and let go. Great for back pain, tight hips and shoulders!

Morning Elevation (book here)

Ease into your day with an awakening morning yoga class. This session offers a blend of stretching and strengthening movements that will help you start your day feeling refreshed, focused, and inspired to embrace whatever comes your way!

Strength & Core Flow (book here)

Get your heart pumping as you flow through this invigorating yoga class focusing on engaging and strengthening the entire body. This class targets the core, back, chest, shoulders, glutes and legs.

Full Body Stretch & Restore (book here)

Stretch and move your body from head to toe (and everything in between) to soothe sore muscles in this slow and gentle yoga class. Leave feeling calm and completely relaxed as if you’ve just had full body massage. Great for low back pain, tight hips and shoulders! You don’t have to be a skier or snowboarder to enjoy this class— but if you are, your legs will thank you the following day!

First Chair Mobility (offered starting late December)

This is a perfect class for those looking to do light and gentle movements to get their bodies moving in preparation for their day ahead. Your joints will feel looser and more limber, while keeping your energy expenditure low so you can take on whatever the day brings!

Where is Panorama Mountain Resort Located?

Panorama is a beautiful place situated in the Purcell Mountains of British Columbia, Canada. The closest towns and cities are Invermere (20km), Radium Hot Springs (35km), Cranbrook (150km), Golden (140km), Banff, AB (170km), Lake Louise, AB (165km), Canmore, AB (190km) and Calgary, AB (<300km). The closest airports are in Cranbook, BC and Calgary, AB. Click here for Google Maps.

There is a free shuttle from Invermere and Windermere to Panorama. More info here.

Classes from Late December onwards are held on resort in Creekside Room. This room is located above the General Store at 2035 Panorama Drive, Panorama, BC. From the Lower Parking P2, cross the bridge and turn right towards the General Store.

I’m not sure if any of these classes are right for me, how do I choose?

I’d like to have In-Home Private Yoga Classes. Is this available?

Yes, we offer in-home private yoga classes as well as private classes on resort. These private yoga classes are offered in Panorama, Invermere, Wilmer, Windermere and Radium. We have taught yoga classes for bachelorette parties, birthdays, private events, sports teams, couples and more! Get in touch at info@panoramayoga.com or fill out a booking form for pricing and availability!

I’m looking for a class time or style that is not offered, what do I do?

Please email me with class style and time requests at info@panoramayoga.com. You can also fill out a form above. We are always looking to host more classes if there is a demand for it!

I am staff at Panorama/Greywolf, can I still attend?

Absolutely! Please check with HR for more information on how you can attend!
